When it comes to home decor, one of the items I always struggle with finding is rugs. There are so many options out there and so many websites to shop on. Even with all of the filter options, after looking through pages and pages of rugs, they all start looking the same. Thankfully, we’ve found four rugs that check off all of the boxes. Neutral, durable, easy to clean, and affordable. If you’re in the market for a new rug (or two!) and are struggling to find one that fits your needs, here are 4 rugs we have and love.
4 Rugs We Have and Love
Hand-Tufted Geometric Wool Area Rug
The moment I saw this rug, I knew it would be perfect for the boys’ playroom. It’s neutral but the pattern gives it a fun texture that captures the eye and although it’s easy to clean, it does a good job of hiding stains. Ezra loves touching the different layers of the rug, too, which is so cute.
Cream & Ivory Oriental Rug
When I was looking for a rug for my office, I knew I wanted something a little more feminine and traditional. When I think of these words when it comes to rugs, I immediately think of oriental rugs. I found this cream and ivory one on Overstock and I love it so much. It’s by the brand SAFAVIEH and the quality is amazing. It also doesn’t shed!
Light Beige Abstract Area Rug
Our living room is the focal point of our home and I knew it not only need a rug that could handle the constant traffic, but a rug that was a show stopper. This abstract area rug is all that and more! I love the pattern so much, it feels so organic and it’s made from a wool/silky viscose blend which means it’s durable and soft.
Modern Distressed Rug
To help pull all of the rugs in our home together, we opted for this more modern rug for our dining room. The light distressing gives it some depth and textures and hinds those pesky crumbs from eating meals with two young kids. This is another SAFAVIEH rug, too, which goes to show how much we love the brand!
