My Favorite Perfumes for Spring

I have what some would consider a perfume obsession – I’m always trying new scents, mixing up what I wear on a daily basis, and love giving perfume recommendations to friends. I don’t talk about perfume on the blog or social media as much as I’d like but when it comes down to it, it’s because it can be SO hard to describe a fragrance. Plus, fragrance is so personal and what smells good on one person might not smell good on someone else. 

With spring in full swing, I wanted to share some of my favorite spring scents. I hope this helps if you’re looking for a new scent or are just trying to figure out what scents you like!

My Favorite Spring Fragrances

Tom Ford Perfumes

Tom Ford makes some of my favorite scents, especially for spring! I currently have three in my rotation: Lost Cherry, Neroli Portofino, and Bitter Peach. They’re each in their own fragrance family which I love – it makes picking one out just a little bit easier! Let’s break them down. 

Lost Cherry – A warm and spicy scent, perfect for date night! With notes of black cherry, tonic bean, and almond, Lost Cherry is a full-bodied perfume starting off with black cherry and liqueur scents before a tease of almond.

Neroli Portofino – A fresh scent, perfect for daytime activities! Neroli Portofino has notes of Tunisian neroli, Italian bergamot, and Sicilian lemon give it a crisp but vibrant scent.

Bitter Peach – Just as the name suggests, Bitter Peach is a fruity scent, with a hint of florals. The key notes are Peche de Vigne, blood orange, and patchouli. It’s definitely not for everyone, but the sweetness is so intoxicating. I can’t get enough of it!

Gentle Fluidity by Maison Francis Kurkdjian

If you’re looking for your new classic scent, this one by Maison Francis Kurkdjian is absolutely amazing! With notes of juniper berries, nutmeg, coriander, musk, ambery woods, and vanilla, this perfume definitely gives me sexy vibes! Anytime I wear it, I always get a bunch of compliments – it smells that’s good! There’s also silver packaging, which has the same fragrance notes.

Replica Perfumes

I am a long-time fan of Replica perfumes, they truly have a scent for everyone! Right now, the two I have in constant rotation are the Bubble Bath and Springtime in a Park scents. Both scents are unisex but have slightly different scent notes! Let’s break them down.

Bubble Bath – This fresh but floral perfume has notes of soap bubble accord, rose super essence, white musk, and coconut milk accord. It’s one of those scents that smells like you just stepped out of a relaxing bubble bath, and who could say no to that?

Springtime in a Park – On the floral side of things, we have Springtime in a Park, and that’s exactly what it smells like! With notes of pear, lily of the valley, and musks, the scent is very luminous. It’s definitely a favorite of mine, but not for everyone!

Love, Don’t Be Shy by Kilian Paris

By this point, you know I love floral perfumes, especially for spring! This one by Kilian Paris has more of a warm floral scent and has notes of orange, vanilla, and marshmallow. The marshmallow sounds strange, but trust me, it smells DIVINE. The scent is on the sensual side, so I love wearing it for date night!

Ellis Brooklyn Perfumes

Similar to the Tom Ford perfumes, the Ellis Brooklyn perfumes are in completely different fragrance families! My favorite scents include: SALT, SUN FRUIT, and SUPER AMBER. They’re just $105 each and they come in various sizes! Let’s break down each scent.

SALT – If you like fresh perfume scents, this one is for you! With notes of Ylang Ylang, Tahitian tiara, and ambergris, it truly captures the essence of warm weather. 

SUN FRUIT – In the fruity floral family, SUN FRUIT features notes of fig, jasmine, and vanilla which don’t seem like they’d go together, but they do. This scent almost reminds me of vacation!

SUPER AMBER – In the warm and spicy family, SUPER AMBER has notes of amber, cedarwood, and vanilla orchid. I love how warm, but sheer it smells. Perfect for those cool spring days!

Musk 12 by Kayali

While this is one of my favorite perfumes for spring, it’s also one of my favorite perfumes to wear year-round. With a warm, sheer scent featuring jasmine, musks, and sandalwood. It’s a voluptuous scent that is distinguished yet enchanting. If I was to give this perfume a personality, it would definitely be mysterious!
