It is officially that time in winter when I’m over the chilly temps and looking forward to spring, but very well know we still have at least a few more weeks until I can retire my sweaters and heavy jackets for good. Until then, I’ll be incorporating color into my wardrobe whenever I get the chance, starting with these 3 affordable winter sweaters.
When it comes to trying new trends, especially with sweaters, SHEIN is always my go-to. With everything being so affordable, it’s easy to try new pieces, styles, and trends without going broke. I’ve always been so happy with my purchases from them, too.
3 Affordable Winter Sweaters
Pink Stripe Sweater
This stripe sweater is giving me major summer vibes! I love that it has a fun wide sleeve but still has a cuff to help manage them, especially with the kids. There’s nothing worse than your sleeves getting wet, falling into food, or getting dirty when doing arts and crafts. For the rest of the winter, I’ll be wearing it with my favorite light wash jeans and a fun pair of white booties but once the weather starts to warm up, I’ll be pairing it with shorts and skirts!
Oversize Half-Zip Sweater
Half-zip sweaters are SO trendy right now! I’ve tried a bunch over the last few weeks and this one is by far my favorite. I love the oversized fit, it’s perfect for school drop-off, running errands, and chasing the boys around in the yard. Compared to other half-zip sweaters I’ve tried, the length and the slits on this one are one really sold me. I went with my regular size but if you want it to fit baggier, I recommend sizing up! It comes in a bunch of other colors, too.
Blue Checkered Sweater
Last but certainly not least, this blue checkered sweater. There is something about the colors in this sweater that just make me smile. It feels kind of retro but also on-trend, and the cropped silhouette is so flattering. Out of the three, this one definitely feels the most luxe, too. It’s made from a thicker material and is oh so warm for those extra chilly days. It’ll be perfect in the spring/summer with white shorts (or a slip skirt) when the sun goes down. If you’re worried about the crop, I’d size up!
